Dr. Squat Powerlifting Program

Well my team is extremely small compared to schools we play pg - 5'9' sg- 5'8' sf- 5'9'/6'2' pf - 6'2' c - 6'1' where most schools we play have g - 6 g - 6 f - 6'3 f - 6'4' c - 6'6' so next year where 2 of our gaurds graduate we will move our pf who is really gaurdlike but our lack of size forces him to play pf, we will move him to sf, and put someone in as the pf and i am second in line for that it looks like so i have to prove myself, by next year. But the kid in front of me is a little taller but the same weight but weaker than me so if i gain 20lbs before next season i could play some major minutes at pf or split time. And as for 10 inches in 5 months no i doubt it, unless your squat is really low, than prlly not maybe 5 inches, thats what im hoping for between now and next year which is 10 months so my goals are as of december height - 6'2' - 6'3' weight- 148lbs - 170lbs vertical - 25' - 30' running vertical - 31' - 36' so far my weight is up to 154lbs in weight a 6 lb gain in 6-7 weeks, and i havent tested my vertical and i wont until may or june. Squats and dont stop do all 21 weeks and follow it word for word. It will help alot and in 5 months atleast 5 inches. Possibly more depending on your situation. And as for dribbling we have better dribblers than me and better shooters but i can hit 18ft.

Vampire numbers in mathematics. Shots consistantly but my spot is rebounding and post up for the most part and some jumpers but our lack of size makes me an undersized paint player so i need to get alot stronger.
