Every day we work for to reach the goals and customers' requirement like as their due date order. I learn a lots of shipping process lack of mistakes to delivery all items to customers. Quick and fast well done in wrapping,packing, pick up items as per order with their products styling numbers. All member and crews work together in happy and if we to get problems,we solve those together.That is why we did not have hart time. We are happy enjoy eating and talking while we are break time 10 minutes.Every body loves to hear break time ring.No kidding. Working at Vera Bradley is wonderful! Being able to help women like me find the perfect bags and accessories is just one of the good things about this job.

Working here has definitely increased my communication skills and problem solving skills. The manager currently is passionate about the products and does everything in their power to make us just as passionate. The work environment is a very friendly one. Honestly the hardest part of the job is trying to express what the customer is looking for in a particular bag if there are many bags like they are describing. The most enjoyable part is seeing the new patterns and making a wishlist of all the things you may think you need!

A typical day at work consisted of restocking shelves, ringing up customers orders, help guest find items they are looking for and deliver it all with a smiling face. I learned how to communicate with guest, problem-solving, work a register, and be a part of a team. Our management cares about our well-being.
